Katheryn Hartigan
CEO of Spectrum Love Inc.
Katheryn has over 20 years of experience working with the special needs community as an educator, administrator, coordinator, and advocate in North Florida. She is deeply committed to helping individuals build confidence, independence, and meaningful life experiences.
Timothy Hartigan
CFO of Spectrum Love Inc.
Timothy has 20 years of business experience. His communication skills and extensive background in finance will help Spectrum Love Inc obtain donations and grants to further advance their mission. With his knowledge and guidance, he is a valuable asset to the company.
Quincy Jackson
Community Engagement Director
Quincy has over two decades of nonprofit experience and a strong passion for youth programs. He has worked with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, United Way, Jesus for Juveniles, and Boy Scouts of America.
Moshmie Khan
Advocacy Director
Moshmie is a devoted mother of a special needs child and an experienced disability support professional. She works closely with individuals served through the Agency for Persons with Disabilities.
Elaine Samaan
Fundraising Director
Elaine brings a wealth of knowledge to our team through her extensive background in educational leadership and hands-on administrative expertise. She is passionate about supporting community growth and organizational development.
Ashlyn Reed
Secretary
Ashlyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and has experience in consumer-directed care for special needs individuals. She is a dedicated mother and advocate with a passion for community support.
